Neat - albeit regrettably single! - neatly 'cyphered' pair of WH (Luftwaffe) NCO-type shoulderstrap as piped in the darker-blue-coloured branchcolour as was intended for an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitäts-Truppen'

This is a neat - I deem just moderately used albeit regrettably single! - 'cyphered', WH (Luftwaffe) NCO-type shoulderstrap as was piped in the desirable darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitäts-Truppen' (or: airforce medical-sergeant first-class ie. senior medical-orderly) and that comes in an overall nice- (I deem issued albeit just moderately used- and/or worn-), condition. The attractive shoulderstrap measures approximately 12,4 cms. in length and comes without a tongue: it was clearly used (and intended) for usage as a strap of the 'sew-in'-pattern, The strap - which has the woolen-type piping attached - does not show any defaults whatsoever: just some moderate staining and/or age is noticable and/or present. The strap shows - next to the silver-coloured- ie. 'dotted'-pattern NCO-braid - a neat (smaller-sized, silver-toned- and/or aluminium-based-) so-called: 'Aesculapus'-cypher (ie. 'Ziffer') and two (equally-styled- and somewhat smaller-sized) pips period-attached denoting the NCOs'-rank of an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitäts-Truppen' (or: medical-sergeant first-class). It was once glued into an album or scrapbook and does show some carton-remains on its back. It should, moreover, be noted that the darker-blue 'Luftwaffe' branchcolour is not the most commonly encountered branchcolour. This attractive shoulderstrap was recently found at a private-household in Germany and was never before part of a collection: it once belonged to an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitäts-Truppen' who was most certainly issued this strap but never used it and stored it as such for decades!
