Pair of WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war-period- (ie. 'M40'- ie. 'M41'-pattern), 'standard-issued' NCO-type shoulderstraps as was intended for an: 'Unteroffizier u. Offiziersanwärter eines Pionier-Abts. o. Rgts.'

This is a truly very attractive - I deem just minimally used and/or fully matching! - pair of typical 'standard-issued'- (ie. non-'tailor-made'!) pattern, WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war period- (ie. 'M40'- ie. 'M41'-pattern) NCO-type shoulderstraps (ie. 'Schulterklappen für Unteroffiziere des Heeres') as was piped in the desirable black- (ie. 'schwarzer'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier u. Offiziersanwärter eines Pionier-Abteilungs o. Regiments' (or: junior-sergeant and officers'-candidate who served within an army engineers-unit or regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just minimally used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat straps - which have the 'standard'-pattern, darker-green-coloured and/or typical woolen-based 'upperdecks' and that measure approximately 11,2 cms. in length each - show the neat black- (ie. 'schwarzer'-) coloured and/or woolen-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - that show the typical bluish-grey-toned (ie. truly sub-dued) NCO-braid attached - come naturally mounted onto their period (regular-shaped) tongues attached and come both in a very nice- (ie. fully 'text-book') condition overall (as can be seen on the pictures). Moreover, do they show a (double-sized) slip-on (ie. 'Lasche') each period- (and loosely) attached (which are both executed in equally-styled, 'sub-dued'-pattern NCO-braid) denoting that the NCO who wore this pair was an: 'Offiziers-Anwärter' ie. officers'-candidate (as can be seen on the pictures). The neat pair only shows minimal wear and/or age and is just very nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem this an excellent occasion to acquire a neat NCO-type, non-privately-purchased 'Pioniere'-related shoulderstrap-pair for a justified price. With certainty one of the nicest such pairs in this particular branch-colour I had on offer for quite some time!
