Attractive - fully matching and most certainly very scarcely encountered! - pair of (high-ranked!) officers'-type shoulderboards as intended for usage by a: 'Warnzentralenoberführer des L.S. Warndienstes' (or: 'LSW')

This is an attractive - fully matching, never before seen and most certainly scarcely encountered! - pair of (high-ranked!) officers'-type shoulderboards as was intended for usage by a: 'Warnzentralenoberführer des L.S. Warndienstes' (or: 'LSW') being the highest possible rank in this small-sized TR-organisation and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem simply never used- nor tunic-attached- ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The straps - that measure 12,5 cms. in length each - have the (typical 'L.S. Warndienst'-related!) silverish-green-toned- (ie. braid-based) 'upperdecks' and darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured (and smooth-woolen-type) 'underlays' attached. The boards never had any tongues attached and were most certainly intended to be used as pair of the 'sew-in'-pattern. It should be noted that the 'Luftschutz-Warndienst' (or: 'LSW') was a smaller-sized TR-period organisation that fell under the jurisdiction of the RLB (or: 'Reichs-Luftschutz Bund'). Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that the 'LSW' had ie. held ONLY four officers'-ranks of which the rank of: 'Warnzentralenoberführer was the highest. I deem that I have priced this attractive - and without doubt very scarcely encountered! - 'LSW'-related shoulderboard-pair accordingly: I have never seen another pair for sale!
