Single, WH (Heeres) neatly 'cyphered', officers-pattern shoulderboard as intended for a: 'Hauptmann u. Mitglied des Art.-Rgts. 109'

This is an attractive - clearly used albeit regrettably single - WH (Heeres) neatly 'cyphered', officers-pattern shoulderboard as piped in the bright-red- (ie. hochroter-) coloured branchcolour as was as intended for - and just moderately used by! - a: 'Hauptmann u. Mitglied des Artillerie-Regiments 109' (or: captain who served within a specific, artillery-regiment, numbered: '109') and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit clearly- ie. moderately used and/or worn- ie. carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The shoulderboard which is approximately 10,8 cms. sized in length and that is piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. hochroter-) coloured branchcolour as to be expected shows a neat set of (bright golden-coloured, 'Buntmetall'-based, and/or: smaller-sized) so-called: '1'-, '0'- and/or: '9'-numerals (ie. 'Ziffern') and a pair of (regular-sized, golden-toned and unusually glass-based!) pips period-attached denoting that the strap was intended for an officer who held the rank of a: 'Hauptmann' (ie. captain). All 5 devices show some regular age and/or minimal tarnish but are still nicely preserved. The strap comes mounted onto its (typical) officers-pattern tongie and does show some moderate age, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece was never before in collectors'-hands and was recently found as such. Simply an attractive 'Heeres' officers'-type shoulderstrap that belonged to a: 'Hauptmann u. Mitglied des Artillerie-Regiments 109': too bad that it is only a single specimen!
