Stunning - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless extremely rarely found! - WH (Heeres) mid-war-period- (ie. 'M43'-pattern), 'cyphered' NCO-type shoulderstrap: 'Oberfeldwebel u. Mitglied des Grenadier-Rgts. “Feldherrnhalle”

This is a truly very attractive - albeit single but nevertheless extremely rarely encountered! - WH (Heeres) mid-war-period- (ie. typical 'M43'-pattern), neatly 'cyphered' NCO-type shoulderstrap as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel u. Mitglied des Grenadier-Regiments “Feldherrnhalle” (or: senior NCO ie. sergeant first-class who served within the famous 'Infanterie'- (ie. 'Panzer-Grenadiere'-) related rifle-regiment named: “Feldherrnhalle”) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit I deem just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstrap - which measures approximately 12 cms. in length - has the typical field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck' and has the neat (and desirable!) bright-green- (ie. 'wiesengrüner'-) coloured- and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type, piping, attached. The strap comes mounted onto its period tongue and does show some obvious albeit minimal, usage and/or age. The strap has the 'standard'-type, bluish-grey-coloured (ie. truly 'sub-dued'-type!) 'Heeres'-pattern NCO-braid and a pair of (matching, regular-sized and aluminium-based) pips period-attached denoting that the bearer held the rank of an: 'Oberfeldwebel' (ie. sergeant first-class). The strap also shows an extremely rarely encountered (silverish-grey-toned and I deem zinc-based and very unusually smaller-sized!) so-called: 'FHH'-shoulderstrap-'cypher' (ie. 'Ziffer') period-attached (it misses, however, one prong). It should be noted that the 'regular'-sized 'FHH'-shoulderstrap-'cyphers' are already rarely found: the smaller-sized, NCO-pattern variants are simply unobtainable and come truly never for sale. Simply a very attractive - and actually extremely rarely found! - neatly 'cyphered', NCO-type 'Panzergrenadiere'-shoulderstrap that belonged to an: 'Oberfeldwebel u. Mitglied des Grenadier-Regiments “Feldherrnhalle”: too bad that it is only a single specimen!
