Neat WH-era equipment-item being a so-called: 'Karten-Abstandmessgerät' (or: map distance-measuring-device) being a non-maker-marked example

This is a neat - desirable and with certainty not that easily encountered! - 'quality'-produced, WH-era equipment-item, being a so-called: 'Karten-Abstandmessgerät' (or: map distance-measuring-device) being a non-maker-marked example as executed in (typical) nickle-chrome based metal as was used by amongst others the artillery-troops) and that comes in an overall nicely preserved- (and I deem only moderately used-), condition. The piece retains all of its silver-coloured finish (something that is most certainly not always the case) and retains both its fully preserved (and undamaged) glass-based lids (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece is still fully functional and of course complete. These precision-instruments were normally stored in the various map-cases and saw wide-spread usage throughout WWII. I deem that I have priced this neat equipment-item, accordingly!
