Pair of WH (Heeres) later-war period- (ie. 'simplified'- ie. 'M44- o. M45'-pattern) NCO-type shoulderstraps: 'Unteroffizier u. Offiziers-Anwärter eines Panzergrenadiere-Rgts.'

This is a truly attractive - fully matching and (I deem) just moderately used ie. worn - pair of typical, later-war-period, WH (Heeres) so-called: 'M44- o. M45'-pattern-styled (ie. somewhat 'simplified') NCO-type shoulderstraps as was piped in the neat bright-green- (ie. 'wiesen- o. hellgrüner'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and clearly used by! - an: 'Unteroffizier u. Offiziers-Anwärter eines Panzergrenadiere-Regiments' (or: junior-NCO and officers-candidate who served within a later-war-period, infantry-related so-called: rifle-regiment) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. I deem moderately- ie. clearly used- and/or worn-), condition. The straps - which are approximately 10,7 cms. sized in length each - have the 'standard-pattern'- and/or typical, field-grey-coloured and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and show the neat bright-green- (ie. 'wiesengrüner'-) coloured and/or: 'rayon'-type branchcolour (ie. piping) attached. The straps come naturally mounted onto their (truly simplified!) tongues (which are both constructed from a piece of greyish-green-coloured- and/or linnen-based cloth ie. braid) and are thus constructed following the typical '1944/45 cloth-minimising production-manner' using different shades of wool and/or material (as can be seen on the pictures). Of interest is, moreover, the fact that the straps show each a (double-pieced, bright-silver-toned and neatly with field-grey-coloured wool 'lined') loop (ie. 'Lasche') period-atttached (denoting the soldiers rank ie. function of an: 'Offiziers-Anwärter eines Panzergrenadiere-Regiments'). The straps show some minimal staining simply caused by minimal wear and/or decades of storage only. It should be noted that all 'M44/M45'-styled shoulderstraps are actually quite hard to encounter and can easily be graded 'scarce': the ones as intended for the 'Panzergrenadier-Truppen' even more so! Simply a nice occasion to acquire an attractive - and fully 'text-book'! - M44/M45-styled, NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair as was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier u. Offiziers-Anwärter eines Panzergrenadiere-Regiments': great to complete any later-war styled 'Heeres'-tunic!
