Pair of typical later-war-period- (ie. 'M44'-pattern) WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps: 'Stabsfeldwebel u. Offiziersanwärter eines Infanterie-Rgts.'
Category:
This is a truly attractive - and as such actually scarcely encountered! - fully matching pair of (typical) later-war-period- (ie. so-called: 'M44'-pattern), WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Stabsfeldwebel u. Offiziersanwärter eines Infanterie-Regiments' (or: senior-NCO ie. company-sergeant and/or officers'-candidate who served within an infantry-unit ie. regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem issued and/or just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstraps - which each measure approximately 11,8 cms. in length as more often - come naturally mounted onto their original (and simplified!) tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair was just moderately worn and comes as found and/or stored for decades. The shoulderstraps - which show the neat and desirable, white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured and/or typical 'silk-like'-type piping attached - show six of (identical, smaller-sized and/or aluminium-based) pips period-attached and have the bluish-grey-coloured (ie. clearly 'sub-dued') NCO-braid period-attached. Moreover, does the pair show a pair of loops (ie. 'Laschen') attached (constructed from silver-toned NCO-braid) denoting that the NCO who wore these straps held the unusally-seen rank of an: 'Stabsfeldwebel'. Simply a very attractive pair of truly later-war-period, so-called: 'M44-pattern'-shoulderstraps as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Stabsfeldwebel u. Offiziersanwärter eines Infanterie-Regiments': with certainty one of the most attractive and surely desirable 'M44'-pattern, 'Infanterie'-related NCO-shoulderstrap-pairs I had on offer for quite some time!
