Neatly 'cyphered'- (and pre-war-period albeit regrettably single!), WH (Kriegs- o. Reichsmarine) EM-type shoulderstrap as constructed from HBT-material as intended for a: 'Soldat des Küsten-Artillerie-Abtgs. 6'
Category:
This is a truly attractive example of a single - (I deem) typical pre-war-period and neatly 'cyphered' - WH (Kriegs- o. Reichsmarine) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as was specifically intended for usage onto the field-grey coloured, navy-style tunics as was worn by a: 'Soldat des Küsten-Artillerie-Abteilungs 6' (or: private who served within the naval coastal-artillery unit, numbered: '6') and that comes in an overall nice- (and I deem just moderately used- ie. worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The strap - which is fully 'text-book' in all facets - measures approximately 11 cms. in length (and has a width of 5,5 cms. as usually seen). It has the typical field-grey-coloured- and/or HBT-like-based 'upperdeck' and comes mounted onto its typical, linnen-based tongue. The strap shows the so-called: 'winged-shell-anchor'-cypher (ie: 'Ziffer') and embroidered '6'-numeral (as can be noticed on the pictures). The strap shows some minimal age, wear and/or staining but is totally void of any damage (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that ALL 'Küstenartillerie' insignia-pieces are actually quite hard to encounter: those early-pattern, 'cyphered' examples even more so, which grades them easily as 'rare'. Simply an attractive, early-period (ie. evt. 'Reichsmarine'-related) 'cyphered', naval EMtype shoulderstrap that was specifically intended for usage on the field-grey-coloured attire!
