This is an attractive - fully matching and actually unusually seen! - pair of WH (Heeres) early-war-period, so-called: 'M40'-pattern, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as piped in the bright- (ie. 'hellgrüner'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for - and just minimally worn by! - a: 'Soldat eines Panzer-Grenadier Regiments' (or: simple private who served within an army infantry-related, rifle-regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit minimally used ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11 cms. sized in length each - have the darker-green-coloured, smooth-woolen-based (ie. so-called: 'boiled woolen'-based) 'upperdecks' and do show the (typical) woolen-based piping attached: as such is it a typical pair that originated from a private tailor-shop. The straps - which came mounted onto their functional tongues - show as stated above only minimal usage and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). This pair originates from an older shoulderstrap ie. board-collection that I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply an attractive and/or: earlyd-war-period, 'Heeres'-related EM-type shoulderstrap-pair that was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Panzer-Grenadier Regiments'!
