Pair of WH (Heeres) 'M40'-pattern, neatly 'cyphered' NCO-type shoulderstraps: 'Feldwebel des Pz-Jäger-Abtgs. 14'
Category:
The attractive - clearly used, entirely 'text-book' and/or fully matching! - pair of typical 'standard-issued'- (ie. 'non-privately-purchased'!) pattern, so-called: 'M40'-pattern, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair is piped in the bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour and comes in an overall nicely preserved (clearly 'cut-off a tunic' and I deem just moderately used- and/or worn-), condition. The neat straps - that measure approximately 11 cms. in length each - have the desirable bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured- and/or woolen-type piping attached as were as such intended for usage by an NCO having the rank of a: 'Feldwebel des Panzer-Jäger-Abteilungs 14' (or: NCO ie. sergeant who served within a specific anti-tank- ie. tank-destroyer unit, numbered '14'). The neat shoulderstraps - which originate from a larger cloth- ie. shoulderstrap-collection I recently acquired for the web-site - are typical 'standard-issued'-examples that have the darker-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks': they were - I deem - just moderately used ie. worn and do show some moderately wear, age and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps are clear examples of a 'standard-issued'-pattern pair and do show a fully matching pair of (Gothic-styled, larger-sized, greyish-silver-toned and/or: zinc-based) so-called: 'P'-cyphers (ie. 'Ziffern'), two pairs of (smaller-sized, 'Buntmetall'-based) '1'- and/or '4'-numerals and and a pair of (aluminium-based, regular-sized) pips period-attached (as can be seen on the pictures). Moreover, do they show the (typical) bright-silver-coloured (ie. non-'sub-dued') NCO-braid attached and come in an overall very nice and/or fully undamaged condition: they were carefully 'cut-off a tunic' and come without tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). These desirable 'M40'-pattern, 'cyphered' 'Panzerjäger'-related NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the 'rosaroter'-coloured branchcolour can nowadays easily be graded 'scarce'. Simply a very attractive - and fully matching! - Heeres NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair that belonged to a: 'Feldwebel des Panzer-Jäger-Abteilungs 14' and that is I deem priced according to its obvious scarcity and/or unmistaken desirability!
