The truly very attractive - fully 'text-book' and in all respects matching! - pair of typical 'privately-purchased' (ie. tailor-made) pattern, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair is piped in the desirable, neat bright-green- (ie. 'hellgrüner'-) coloured branchcolour and measures approximately 10,8 cms. in length each. The straps have the desirable bright-green- (ie. 'hellgrüner'-) coloured- and/or: desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as is more often encountered with these early-war-period shoulderstrap-pairs) and was as such intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel eines Panzer-Grenadier-Regiments o. Abteilungs' (or: NCO and sergeant who served within an infantry-related, so-called rifle-unit ie. regiment). The shoulderstraps - that show the standard-issue-pattern, silver-toned NCO-braid and a pair of (regular-sized- and zinc-based) pips attached are typical 'tailor-made'-examples that have the darker-green-coloured- and/or (smooth- ie. boiled-) woolen-based 'upperdecks': they were - I deem - just minimally used ie. worn and do show some truly minimal wear, age and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). Abteilungs' and that is priced according to its unmistaken rarity and/or desirability!
