Pair of WH (Heeres) EM-type shoulderstraps: 'Soldat einer Kavallerie- o. Aufklärungs-Abtlgs.'

This is a truly attractive - fully matching and actually quite scarcely found! - pair of typically 'standard-issued- (ie. non-tailor-made'- nor 'privately-purchased'-) pattern, WH (Heeres) early-war period- (ie. 'M40'-pattern) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Mannschaften des Heeres') as was piped in the desirable golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Soldat einer Kavallerie- o. Aufklärungs-Abteilungs' (or: simple private who served within a cavalry-related unit ie. regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used- and most certainly worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The neat straps - which have the 'standard'-pattern, darker-green-coloured and/or typical (smooth)woolen-based 'upperdecks' and that measure approximately 12,4 cms. in length each - show the neat golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured and/or (desirable!) 'silk-type' piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps come mounted onto their functional tongues and once had machine-stitched numerals or 'cyphers 'attached: these were period-removed as per regulation (as can be noticed on the pictures). Both straps come in a very nice- (ie. fully 'text-book') condition, overall (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair only shows minimal wear and/or age and is just very nicely preserved over the years (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem this an excellent occasion to acquire a neat - and most certainly desirable! - EM-type, 'Kavallerie o. Reiter/Aufklärungs'-related shoulderstrap-pair for a justified price!
