Superb - albeit single! - early- (ie. mid-) war-period- (ie. 'M40'-pattern) neatly 'cyphered' WH (Heeres) EM-type shoulderstrap as was intended for a: 'Soldat der Infanterie-Truppen u. Mitglied des Kriegsschule München'

This is a truly very attractive - albeit regrettably single albeit nevertheless very scarcely encountered! - early- (ie. mid-) war-period- (ie. 'M40'-pattern) neatly 'cyphered', WH (Heeres) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as piped in the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Infanterie-Truppen u. Mitglied des des Kriegsschule München' (or: simple infantry-soldier who served within the warschool München') and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The neat strap - which is of the early-war-period type - has the darker-green-coloured and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck' and does show as stated above the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour and/or woolen-type piping attached. The shoulderstrap never had a tongue tongue attached: it was clearly intended as a strap of 'sew-in'-pattern (it measures approximately 11,5 cms. in length as more often). It does show the neatly machine-embroidered, so-called: Gothic-styled 'KS'-cyphers (ie. 'Ziffern') and/or: equally styled ('M') character (which are executed in white-coloured machine-stitching ie. so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei') denoting that it was a strap that was used by a simple: 'Soldat' (ie. student) who was attached to the: 'Kriegsschule München'. The strap shows some minimal age, wear and or minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures). It should noted that these neatly 'cyphered', 'Kriegsschule München'-related shoulderstraps can easily be graded 'rare': too bad that it is only a single specimen!
