This is a truly attractive - fully matching and actually quite scarcely found! - pair of WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M40- o. M43'-pattern, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps having the neat bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelbener'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Soldat eines Nachrichten-Abteilungs o. Regiments' (or: simple private who served within an army-signals unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit just moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11,7 cms. in length each - have the 'standard-type'- and/or field-grey-coloured, woolen-based 'upperdecks'. The straps have the neat bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelbener'-) coloured and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which came mounted onto their functional tongues show as stated above only some moderate usage and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). This neat pair originates from a private-household in Germany and was never before in collectors-hands. Simply an attractive and/or: early- ie. mid-war-period, 'Heeres'-related EM-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Nachrichten-Abteilungs o. Regiments'!
