This is an attractive - fully matching and actually not that easily found! - pair of WH (Heeres), early- (ie. pre-) war-period (ie. 'M40'-pattern), 'standard-issued' (ie. typical NON-tailor-made!) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as piped in the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Infanterie-Truppen' (or: simple soldier who served within the infantry-troops) and that comes in overall nice- (albeit just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat – and somewhat broader-sized - straps are both approximately 12,2 cms. sized in length and have the 'standard-pattern', dark-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and show the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured- and/or woolen-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps come naturally mounted onto their functional tongues and do both show some moderate age, wear and/or minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures). These type of shoulderstraps are of the fairly early-war-period pattern straps and were worn in the period around 1940 (and were 'worn-out' even during the rest of the war). This particular pair once showed the (most certainly white-coloured) so-called: '109'-'cyphers' (ie. numerals or: 'Ziffern') attached: these were as per regulation carefully period-removed (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and with certainty desirable! - 'Infanterie'-related EM-type shoulderstrap-pair: I deem that I priced this attractive pair according to its nice and fully untouched, condition!
