  1. Shoulderboards & -straps (pairs)

This is a truly very attractive - and as such actually scarcely encountered! - fully matching pair of (typical) early- (ie. somewhat later-) war-period- (ie.: 'M40'-pattern), WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the neat bright-green- (ie. 'hellgrüner'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel des Grenadier-Regiments 10' (or: NCO ie. sergeant who served within the army infantry-related, rifle-unit ie. regiment, numbered: '10') and that comes in an overall nice- (I deem clearly issued- and/or moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstraps - which each measure approximately 11 cms. in length as more often - have the 'standard-pattern'- and/or typical, darker-green-coloured and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and come naturally mounted onto their original tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair was just moderately worn and comes as found and/or stored for decades: it does show some moderate age, wear and/or staining. The shoulderstraps - which show the neat and desirable, bright-green- (ie. 'hellgrüner'-) coloured and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached - show the silverish-coloured- (ie. non-'sub-dued', early- ie. 'dotted'-pattern) NCO-braid and two pairs of (fully matching, smaller-sized and 'Buntmetall'-based) '1'- and/or: '0'- numerals (ie. cyphers or: 'Ziffern') and a pair of (regular-sized and equally-styled) pips period-attached denoting that the NCO who wore these straps held the rank of a: 'Feldwebel' (or sergeant). Simply an attractive - and very desirable! - pair of early-war-period, so-called: 'M41'-pattern-shoulderstraps as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Feldwebel des Grenadier-Regiments 10': with certainty one of the most attractive, 'cyphered' and 'Grenadiere'-related, NCO-shoulderstrap-pairs I had on offer for quite some time!
