Pair of WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type shoulderboards as was intended for usage by a: 'Leutnant eines Flieger- o. Fallschirmjäger-Rgts.'

The neat WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type shoulderboard-pair is piped in the golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour: as such, the pair was intended for usage by a junior-officer who served as a: 'Leutnant eines Flieger- o. Fallschirm-Regiments' (or: lieutnant who served within the pilot- or paratroopers-branch). The pair was (I deem) simply never used nor once tunic-attached and comes in an overall very nice- (ie. still 'virtually mint'-), condition. The shoulderboards - which are constructed from the typical golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured and/or 'smooth-type' (ie. moleskin-like-) wool - come in an excellent condition overall and will be impossible to be upgraded (the pair is fully matching as can be seen on the pictures). The fairly 'shiny' appearance of the 'upperdecks' is fully present and/or preserved (something that is to be expected with a Luftwaffe-related pair). The boards are just a tiny bit 'tarnished' by normal age and/or storage for decades (as can be seen on the pictures). The boards - which measure approximately 11 cms. in length each - never had any pips nor cyphers attached denoting the officers'-rank of a: 'Leutnant eines Flieger- o. Fallschirm-Regiments'. The straps never had any tongues attached (they were clearly intended as a pair of the 'sew-in'-pattern) and only show some age and/or staining but are totally void of any damage or alike. This pair originated from a small lot of 'cyphered'- and regular-styled LW-straps and boards that I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive, officers'-type, LW-shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for a: 'Leutnant eines Flieger- o. Fallschirm-Regiments'!
