This is a neat - albeit regrettably single! - (I deem) early-war-period, so-called: 'M41- o. M43'-pattern, WH (Heeres) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as piped in the green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured branchcolour as intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Jäger- o. Gebirgsjäger-Truppen' (or: private who served within the army mountain-troops) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. just minimally worn-), condition. The shoulderstrap - which measures approximately 11,2 cms. in length as more often seen - has the desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as is more encountered with these early- ie. mid-war-period shoulderstraps). The shoulderstrap - which originates from a larger cloth- and insignia-collection I recently acquired for the web-site - comes naturally mounted onto its functional tongue (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and/or fully 'text-book'! - M41 o. M43-pattern EM-type 'Jäger- o. Gebirgsjäger'-shoulderstrap that was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Jäger- o. Gebirgsjäger-Truppen'!
