WH compass (ie. 'Marschkompass') 'Busch'-marked (numbered: '64442')
Category:
The attractive - albeit clearly used! - WH-compass (ie. 'Marschkompass') is still fully functional and retains a fair bit of its (fairly glossy) black-painted colour and is marked with the engraved serial-number (ie. '64442') and/or makers'-designation ('Busch - D.R.G.M.') as mentioned above. The compass shows as stated only moderate wear and/or age but is naturally still fully functional. This truly 'high-quality'-produced piece was most certainly issued in the early war-years (or before) but was most certainly used throughout the WWII. The piece was moderately used and does show some obvious paint-loss and wear (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and still functional! - example of a 'standard-issue'-pattern WH compass (ie. 'Marschkompass')!
