This is an attractive - and nowadays not that easily found and/or fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres), early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M41 o. M43'-pattern, NCO-type shoulderstraps (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Unteroffiziere des Heeres') having the desirable white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for a: 'Feldwebel eines Infanterie-Regiments' (or: NCO ie. sergeant who served within an infantry-unit or regiment) and that comes in overall very nice- (I deem just moderately used- and/or worn-), condition. The neat straps - which are both approximately 11 cms. sized in length - have the 'standard-pattern' and/or: field-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and have as stated above the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured and deirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The shoulderstraps have the silverish-grey-coloured (and 'standard-issue'-pattern) NCO-braid attached and show a matching pair of (regular-sized, aluminium-based) pips period-attached denoting the rank ie. function of: 'Feldwebel der Infanterie-Truppen' (of interest is, moreover, the fact that the soldier who wore this pair was (field?) promoted from: 'Unteroffizier' to 'Feldwebel' something that can be corroborated by the presence of two (loosely-attached) braid-based 'loops' ie. 'Laschen' as can be noticed on the pictures). The pair comes mounted onto its original tongues and does show just moderate age-, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and fairly early- (ie. mid-) war-period - 'Heeres' NCO-type, shoulderstrap-pair that belonged to a: 'Feldwebel eines Infanterie-Regiments': I deem that I have priced this attractive pair, accordingly!
