Unusual - and fully matching! - (formerly) 'cyphered' pair of WH (Luftwaffe) NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the light-brown-coloured branchcolour as intended for a: 'Feldwebel der Nachrichten-Trpn. u. ehem. Mitglied einer Nachrichtenschule'

This is an attractive - quite unusual and/or fully matching! - pair of neatly ('formerly'!) 'cyphered' pair of WH (Luftwaffe) NCO-type shoulderstraps, as piped in the light-brown- (ie. 'hellbrauner'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel der Nachrichten-Trpn. u. ehem. Mitglied einer Nachrichtenschule' (or: NCO- and signals'-sergeant and former member within one of the LW signal-schools) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn- ie. carefully 'cut-of-a-tunic' ie. carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The shoulderstraps - measure approximately 11,5 cms. in length each and come without tongues: they were typically used as a pair of the 'sew-in'-pattern and were carefully 'cut-of-a-tunic': they are in all facets 'text-book'-examples and come in an overall nice condition overall: they are just minimally used and were carefully tunic-removed. The straps - which have the woolen-type piping attached - do not show any defaults whatsoever: just some regular usage ie. regular wear is noticable and/or present. The pair shows - next to the typical dotted-pattern, silver-coloured NCO-braid - two (matching, zinc-based, regular-sized) pips period-attached denoting the rank of a: 'Feldwebel'. Of interest is, morover, the fact that the pair was first used as a pair of neatly 'cyphered' EM-type straps: on their backs they still show the neat (machine-embroidered by means of so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei'-) so-called: 'NS'-cyphers (which are both executed in the light-brown- ie. 'hellbrauner'-coloured wool as to be expected as can be seen on the pictures). The pair shows some normal ie. moderate wear (no damage or alike is present: one of the straps just shows a tiny moth-hole). This attractive shoulderboard-pair was recently found at a private-household in Germany and was never before part of a collection: it once belonged to a: 'Feldwebel der Nachrichten-Trpn. u. ehem. Mitglied einer Nachrichtenschule' who most certainly was issued and used this pair and after that stored it as such for decades!
