Superb pair of WH (Heeres) 'M41- o. M43'-pattern, EM-type shoulderstraps: 'Soldat der Feldgendarmerie-Trpn.'
Category:
The very attractive - very desirable and truly rarely encountered! - pair of WH (Heeres) (I deem) early- ie. (mid-) war-period (ie. 'M41- o. M43'-pattern-) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps - which have the desirable field-grey-coloured- and/or: typical woolen-based 'upperdecks' - have the neat bright-orange- (ie. 'orangeroter'-) and/or 'silk-like'-type piping attached and measure approximately 12,6 cms. in length each. The straps come naturally mounted onto their original tongues and come in an overall very nice- (ie. fully 'text-book'!) condition overall: the straps were just moderately used and do show some minimal age, wear and/or staining: some minimal age, wear and/or staining is noticable (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which were intended for a: 'Soldat der Feldgendarmerie-Truppen' (or: silmple soldier and field-police staff-member) - were with certainly always together and were worn as such as a pair. It should be noted that these bright orange-piped, EM-type, 'Feldgendarmerie'-related shoulderstraps are very desirable and can nowadays easily be graded 'very rare': this is one of those shoulderstrap-pairs that every collector is nowaydays searching-for but that is simply not that often offered for sale. I deem that this very attractive EM-pair is priced according to its obvious rarity and/or desirability!
