Pair of WH (Heeres) NCO-type (ie. 'M40- o. M43'-pattern-) so-called: 'summer-type'-shoulderstraps (being of the model as was specifically intended for usage on the 'Windjacke') as was intended for a: 'Feldwebel eines Gebirgsjäger-Rgts.'

This is a truly attractive - and truly very scarcely encountered! - fully matching pair of WH (Heeres) early-war-period, so-called: 'M40- o. M43'-pattern so-called: 'summer-type' NCO-shoulderstraps (being of the model as was specifically intended for the 'Gebirgsjäger-Windjacke') as was piped in the darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel eines Gebirgsjäger-Regiments' (or: NCO and/or sergeant who served within an army mountain-troops regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The longer-sized shoulderstraps - which measure each approximately 12,5 cms. in length each as to be expected - have the 'standard-type'- and/or field-grey-coloured, linnen-based 'upperdecks' (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps show the desirable 'silk-like'-type piping and have the 'standard-issue'-type, silverish-toned NCO-braid and a single (zinc-based, smaller-sized) pip attached denoting the NCOs-rank of a: 'Feldwebel' ie. sergeant (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which come mounted onto their period tongues - show as stated above some moderate usage and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). It should be noted that all 'Gebirgsjäger'-related, WH (Heeres) shoulderstrap-pairs can easily be regarded 'fairly scarce' even more so when they are specifically produced for usage onto the specific 'Gebirgsjäger'-type, protective '3/4-model' jacket ie. rain-coat (or: 'Gebirgsjäger-Windjacke'). This set originates from an older 'Gebirgjäger'-related shoulderstrap ie. board-collection that I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply a very attractive and/or: early- (ie mid-) war-period, 'Heeres'-related NCO-type 'Windjacke'-shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel eines Gebirgsjäger-Regiments'!
