'Stonemint' - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type shoulderboards as was intended for usage by an: 'Leutnant' who served within the: 'LW-Flieger- o. FJ-Truppen'

The attractive pair is piped in the golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour: as such, the pair was intended for usage by a junior officer ie. 'Leutnant' (ie. lieutnant who served within the: 'Luftwaffe-Flieger- o. Fallschirm-Truppen' (or: airforce-related, pilot- ie. paratroopers branch). The pair was simply never used nor tunic-attached: it comes in an overall very nice- (ie. simply 'virtually mint'-), condition. The shoulderboards - which are constructed from the golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured, 'smooth-type' (ie. moleskin-like-) wool - come in an excellent condition overall and will be impossible to be upgraded (the pair is fully matching and comes still 'tied-together' with a paper-based 'Banderolle' as found as can be seen on the pictures). The fairly 'shiny' appearance of the 'upperdecks' is fully present and/or preserved (something that is to be expected with a Luftwaffe-related pair). The boards are just a tiny bit 'tarnished' by normal age and/or storage for decades (as can be seen on the pictures). The boards - which measure approximately 11,5 cms. in length each - never had any tongues attached and was most certainly intended to be used as a pair of the 'sew-in'-type. This pair originated from a small lot of LW-straps and boards that I recently acquired for the web-site: it originated from the left-overs of a tailor-shop. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive, officers'-type, LW-shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for an: 'Leutnant der Flieger- o. Fallschirm-Truppen'!
