Pair of WH (Heeres) NCO-type (ie. 'M40- o. M43'-pattern) shoulderstraps: 'Feldwebel eines Gebirgsjäger- o. Jäger-Rgts.'

This is a very attractive - fully matching and actually truly very scarcely found! - pair of WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M40- o. M43'-pattern NCO-type shoulderstraps as was piped in the darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Feldwebel eines Gebirgsjäger- o. Jäger-Regiments' (or: NCO and sergeant who served within an army mountain-troops-regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit just moderately used ie. worn- ie. carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The regular-sized shoulderstraps - which are approximately 11,5 cms. sized in length - have the 'standard-type'- and/or field-grey-coloured and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and show the standard-issued, silverish-toned (ie. non-sub-dued) NCO-braid and two (regular-sized, non-matching, zinc-based) pips period-attached (one of the pips has been period affixed by means of some stitching). The straps - which have the the darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured- and/or (desirable!) 'silk-like'-type piping attached came mounted onto their functional tongues and do show as stated above clear usage and/or wear (some staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). It should be noted that all 'Gebirgsjäger o. Jäger'-related, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps can easily be regarded 'truly scarce'. Simply an attractive and/or: early- (ie. mid-) war-period, 'Heeres'-related NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel eines Gebirgsjäger- o. Jäger-Regiments'!
