Truly used- and/or tunic-removed - and/or fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres) officers'-type, neatly 'cyphered' shoulderboards as was intended for usage by an: 'Oberstleutnant der Pz-Truppen' who served within the 'GrossDeutschland'-Div.

This is a truly very attractive - fully matching, truly used- and/or carefully tunic-removed and actually rarely encountered! - pair of WH (Heeres) 'cyphered', officers'-type shoulderboards as piped in the neat bright-pink (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Oberstleutnant der Panzer-Truppen' who served within the famous 'GrossDeutschland'-Division (or: army lieutnant-colonel who served within - ie. possibly even commanded! - a panzer-related regiment ie. unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. most certainly moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The neat shoulderboards - which measure approximately 10,7 cms. in length each - are executed in the 'smooth'-like-, bright-pink-coloured wool (aka: 'moleskin'-wool) and have silverish-grey-coloured (ie. somewhat 'sub-dued'-type) 'upperdecks' and come both without tongues attached: they were with certainty used as a pair of the 'sew-in'-pattern and do show some regular age, wear and/or staining (as can be noticed on the pictures). The boards show a pair of fully identical (tarnished golden-toned and larger- ie. regular sized) Gothic-styled, capital 'GD'-cyphers and a pair of (equally styled and regular-sized) pips period-attached denoting the officers' rank ie. function of an: 'Oberstleutnant der Panzer-Truppen' who served within the famous 'GrossDeutschland'-Division. Both devices are just minimally tarnished and/or equally stained, simply caused by moderate wear and/or decades of storage. These 'standard-issue'-pattern, officers'-type shoulderboards could be used with the regular-style officers-tunics but could naturally also be worn on the specific, black-woolen 'Panzer' so-called: 'wrap-around'-tunics. Simply a very attractive - most certainly desirable and actually rarely encountered! - 'Panzer'-related, higher-ranked, officers'-type shoulderboard-set: only the first such rare pair in this particular rank I have ever encountered ie. offered for sale!
