  1. Shoulderboards & -straps (pairs)

This is a truly attractive - quite rarely found and fully matching! - typical later-war-period, so-called: 'M44'-pattern- and somewhat simplified WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair as was piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier eines (Sturm)Artillerie-Regiments o. Abtleilungs' (or: NCO ie. junior-sergeant who served within an army artillery-related unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem just moderately used- and/or worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11,5 cms. in length each as more often seen - have the neat (and desirable!) 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as is more encountered with these later-war-period shoulderstraps). The shoulderstraps are constructed following the typical '1944 cloth-minimising production-manner', using different shades of wool and/or material (as can be seen in the pictures). The straps show the (typical) silverish-grey-coloured (ie. somewhat sub-dued and/or tarnished) NCO-braid attached and come naturally mounted onto their functional tongues. It should be noted that all 'M44'-pattern, NCO-type straps are actually quite hard to find and can easily be graded 'scarce': even more so when they are piped in the desirable, bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour. Simply an attractive - and/or fully 'text-book'! - M44-pattern NCO-type '(Sturm)Artillerie'-related shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier'!
