Pair of WH (Heeres) EM-type (ie. 'M36- o. M40'-pattern- and/or 'rounded styled-') neatly 'cyphered' shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat des Gebirgsjäger-Regiments 137'

This is a very attractive - matching and actually truly scarcely found! - pair of WH (Heeres) early-war-period, so-called: 'M36-/M40'-pattern- (rounded-styled) 'cyphered', enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as piped in the darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) branchcolour as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Soldat des Gebirgsjäger-Regiments 137' (or: simple soldier who served within the army mountain-troops regiment, numbered: '137') and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn- and/or carefully 'cut-of-a-tunic'-), condition. The somewhat broader-shaped shoulderstraps - which are approximately 11,2 cms. sized in length - have the 'standard-type'- and/or darker-green-coloured, smooth-woolen-based 'upperdecks' and show the neat (machine-embroidered by means of so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei') so-called: '1'-, '3'- and/or '7'-cyphers ie. numerals (or: 'Ziffern'). All six 'cyphers' are executed in the darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured wool ie. linnen as to be expected (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which come without tongues - show as stated above moderately usage and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). It should be noted that all 'cyphered'-pattern, WH (Heeres) shoulderstraps can easily be regarded 'fairly scarce'. Simply a very attractive and/or: early-war-period, neatly 'cyphered' and/or 'Heeres'-related EM-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat des Gebirgsjäger-Regiments 137'!
