Luxuriously-styled - and with certainty rarely seen! - SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related commemorative-plaque (ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Plakette') entitled: 'S.A. Wintersportkämpfe - Gr. Bayer.Ostmark - 4./5. Febr. 1939 - Dem Sieger'

This is a truly very attractive - luxuriously-styled and and with certainty rarely found! - quite heavy-weight and somewhat larger-sized (ie. measuring approximately 8,2 x 8,2 cms.) - so-called: SA- (ie. Sturmabteilungen-) related commemorative-plaque (ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Plakette') showing on its front an illustration of two SA-members on skis coupled with the (neatly runic-styled!) text that simply reads: 'S.A. Wintersportkämpfe - Gr. Bayer.Ostmark - 4./5. Febr. 1939' and on its back an illustration of a tree and text: 'Dem Sieger' and that comes in an overall very nice- (and totally undamaged!), condition. The very detailed commemorative-plaque (which was presumably awarded to the winner of a specific SA-related ski-competion organised by the: 'SA-Gruppe Bayerische Ostmark' held in the year 1939) is executed in typical, silver-toned (and I deem zinc- ie. 'Feinzink'-based) metal: it is totally void of a makers'-designation or alike and is just a bit tarnished by age (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen') 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Plakette' that will be hard to be upgraded and that is with certainty priced according to its rarity and/or desirability!
