Fairly early-period, silver-toned HJ/BDM (ie. 'Hitlerjugend' or: 'Bund Deutscher Mädel') day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') entitled: 'Für die Einheit der Jugend - Donaueschingen - 24.11.1935'
This is an attractive - fairly early-period and actually not that easily encountered! - HJ/BDM (ie. 'Hitlerjugend' or: 'Bund Deutscher Mädel') day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') showing a larger-sized swastika-device coupled with an SA-logo and HJ-'Raute' and that is entitled: 'Für die Einheit der Jugend - Donaueschingen - 24.11.1935'. The tinnie is executed in silver-coloured- and I deem (typical) tin-based material as was issued to commemorate participation in a specific youth-gathering held in the town of Donaueschingen and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit surely issued ie. moderately worn-), condition. The detailed and/or pronounced badge shows extraordinary detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished: almost all of its silver-coloured finish has been nicely preserved: the piece just shows some age, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The neat (shield-shaped) piece shows a larger-sized swastika-device coupled with an SA-logo and HJ-'Raute' and text as mentioned above (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge - which is totally void of any makers'-designation on its back - naturally comes mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch-set-up. Simply a neat, locally-issued HJ/BDM-related 'tinnie' that is I deem with certainty accordingly priced!
