Fully matching - and neatly 'cyphered'! - I deem early- (ie. mid-) war-period, WH (Kriegsmarine) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap-pair as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Küsten-Artillerie-Rgts.'
This is an attractive - fully matching and actually not that easily found! - neatly 'cyphered' (and/or I deem early- ie. mid-war-period), WH (Kriegsmarine) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap-pair (as was intended for usage on the various field-grey-coloured navy tunics) as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Küsten-Artillerie-Regiments' (or: simple soldier who served within a coastal-artillery unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem just minimally used ie. worn-), condition. The straps - which are 'text-book' in all facets and that measure approximately 11 cms. in length each (and have a width of 5,7 cms. as usually encountered) have the field-grey-coloured- and/or typical woolen-based 'upperdecks' and come naturally mounted onto their functional (and/or regular-sized) tongues. The straps show the neat interwoven 'winged-shell'-cyphers (as executed in golden-yellow-coloured linnen) denoting the soldiers rank of: 'Soldat'. The straps - which originate from a private-household where they were recently uncovered - show hardly any age- nor wear (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that all EM- ie. NCO-type 'Küstenartillerie'-insignia-pieces are quite hard to encounter: those 'cyphered' ones even more so, which grades them easily as 'scarce'. Simply a very attractive, neatly 'cyphered' naval, EM-type shoulderboard-pair as was intended for usage on the naval field-grey-coloured attire!
