This is an attractive - and/or fully matching and with certainty scarcely seen! - 'Luftschutz' (ie. RLB-related-) officers'-pattern- (and neatly hand-embroidered!) collar-tab-pair (ie. 'Kragenspiegelsatz') and dito shoulderboard as was specifically intended for - and just minimally used by! - an: 'RLB-Luftschutzführer' (or: air-raid-warden-officer with a rank comparable with that of a lieutnant ie. 'Leutnant') and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just minimally used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The neat collar-tabs - which are of the pre- (ie. early-war-) type and that do show some minimal age but that are void of any damage - are constructed from the (typical) lilac-coloured-, 'smooth'-type wool and are hand-embroidered in silverish-coloured 'braid' (and are also piped with similar braid as to be expected). The tabs are neatly 'backed' with 'buckram'-based material and are of the specific pattern that was used on the RLB-tunics throughout the war. The collar-tab-set was found together with a single, officers'-pattern shoulderboard that was used by the same 'RLB-Luftschutzführer'. This (typically thin-shaped) board measures approximately 13 cms. in length (and was also just moderately used- and/or carefully tunic-removed as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply an attractive, 'Luftschutz' (ie. RLB-related-) collar-tab-pair and accompanying shoulderboard as was intended for - and clearly used by - an: 'RLB-Luftschutzführer': it should, moreover, be mentioned that all 'Luftschutz' (ie. RLB-related-) officers'-pattern insignia come not that often for sale!
