Truly used- and/or worn, pair of WH (Heeres) so-called: 'M40 o. M43'-pattern, NCO-type shoulderstraps: 'Feldwebel der Nachschub-Trpn.'
This is an attractive - fully matching and actually not that easily encountered! - (I deem) early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M40 o. M43'-pattern, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair as was piped in the neat light-blue- (ie. 'kornblumenblauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel der Nachschub-Truppen' (or: NCO and/or sergeant who served within the army transport-troops) and that comes in an overall nice- (and I deem clearly used- and/or worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11 cms. in length each as more often seen - have the desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as is more encountered with these early- ie. mid-war-period shoulderstraps). The shoulderstraps - which originate from a larger cloth- and insignia-collection I recently acquired for the web-site - show the typical silverish-toned (ie. 'standard-issued' and non-sub-dued) NCO-braid period-attached and come naturally mounted onto their functional tongues (as can be noticed on the pictures). The pair has a set of (matching, regular-sized and I deem 'Buntmetall'-based) pips period-attached, denoting the NCOs rank of: 'Feldwebel'. The straps come in a fully untouched condition but do show some fair wear, age and/or staining (a part of the piping shows some discolouration but nothing shocking though. Simply an attractive - truly used and/or fully 'text-book'! - 'M40- ie. 43'-pattern, NCO-type 'Nachschub'-shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel der Nachschub-Truppen': I deem that I have priced this truly untouched pair, accordingly!
