TeNo-cuff-title: 'Traditions TN-Jahresärmelband' - "1920"
This is an attractive - truly worn and I deem carefully tunic-removed and with certainty rarely encountered! - so-called: 'Technische Nothilfe' (ie. 'TeNo') cuff-title also known as: 'Traditions TN-Jahresärmelband' denoting the year: "1920" as was worn by the a select number of TeNo-staffmembers and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit clearly used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The cuff-title - depicting the interwoven, golden-coloured year-designation: "1920" flanked by two equally interwoven oak-leaves onto a black-coloured- (and linnnen-based) background - is beautifully executed in the neat 'BeVo'-weave-pattern ie. 'metallfaden-gewebte Ausführung' (as can be seen on the pictures). As stated above, comes this particular specimen I deem in a full-length- (ie. non-shortened!) condition and measures approximately 34,5 cms. in length: it has two unfinished ends ie. does show some minimal fraying and shows some minimal stitching-remains (as is more is often encountered). One of the ends shows an interwoven (but hard to decyoher) makers'- ie. patent-pending-designation (as can be noticed on the pictures). These neat cuff-titles were intended to signify entry within the: 'Technische Nothilfe' and existed for the years 1919 upto 1925: they were graded as 'awards' and were only awarded in very limited numbers. Simply a very attractive - and with certainty rarely encountered! - 'Traditions TN-Jahresärmelband' denoting the year: "1920": just the first such rare TeNo-related item I ever had on offer!
