Attractive - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war-period- (ie. 'M40'- ie. 'M43'-pattern), 'standard-issued' EM-type shoulderstraps as was intended for a: 'Soldat eines (Sturm)Art.-Abts. o. Rgts.'
This is an attractive - just moderately used and/or fully matching! - pair of typical 'standard-issued'- (ie. non-'tailor-made'-) pattern, WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war period- (ie. 'M40'- ie. 'M43'-pattern) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps (ie. 'Schulterklappen für Mannschaften des Heeres') as was piped in the desirable bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines (Sturm)Artillerie-Abteilungs o. Regiments' (or: simple soldier who served within an artillery unit or regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat straps - which have the 'standard'-pattern, field-grey-coloured and/or typical woolen-based 'upperdecks' and that measure approximately 11,8 cms. in length each - show the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured and/or woolen-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps come naturally mounted onto their period (regular-shaped) tongues attached and come both in a very nice- (ie. fully 'text-book') condition overall (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair only shows moderate wear and/or age and is just very nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem this an excellent occasion to acquire a neat EM-type, non-privately-purchased '(Sturm)Artillerie'-related shoulderstrap-pair for a justified price!
