Superb - fully matching and truly very scarcely seen! - pair of WH (Heeres) EM-type (ie. 'M36- o. M40'-pattern) shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Gebirgsjäger- o. Jäger-Regiments'
This is a very attractive - fully matching and actually truly scarcely found! - pair of WH (Heeres) pre- (ie. early-) war-period (rounded-styled) so-called: 'M36- o. M40'-pattern, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as piped in the darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and just moderately worn by! - a: 'Soldat eines Gebirgsjäger- o. Jäger-Regiments' (or: simple soldier who served within an army mountain-troops-regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn- ie. carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The regular- ie. somewhat larger-sized shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 13,7 cms. sized in length - have the 'standard-type'- and/or darker-green-coloured and (smooth)woolen-based 'upperdecks'. The straps - which have the the darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured- and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached came naturally mounted onto their functional tongues and do show as stated above just minimal usage and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). It should be noted that all 'Gebirgsjäger o. Jäger'-related, WH (Heeres) EM-type shoulderstraps can easily be regarded 'very scarce'. Simply an attractive and/or: pre- (ie. early-) war-period, 'Heeres'-related EM-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Gebirgsjäger- o. Jäger-Regiments'!
