Superb - very nicely preserved and neatly maker- (ie. '4'-) marked! - example of a silver-class wound-badge (or: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Silber') as was produced by the: 'Steinhauer u. Lück'-company
The very pronounced - and I deem hardly used- nor worn! - silver-class wound-badge (or: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Silber') on offer here does show minimal wear and/or age and shows a typical (and fully preserved!) greyish-silver-coloured finish. The zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) based wound-badge is, as stated above, neatly maker-marked with the makers'-designation: '4' (as can be noticed on the back of the thin-shaped pin as can be seen on the pictures) signifying that it deals with a piece that was produced by the desirable: 'Steinhauer u. Lück'-company as based in the town of Lüdenscheid. Of course, are the (regular- ie. thin-shaped-) pin and/or (typical) molded-styled, catch (-set-up) fully functional and of course present. This piece has most certainly never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal dust and/or staining as to be expected. Simply a very attractive silver-class WB that was produced by the: 'Steinhauer u. Lück'-company and that is naturally accordingly priced: one of the best such silver-class examples by this maker that I ever had on offer!
