This is an attractive - quite desirable and I deem early ie. mid-war-period - 'Buntmetall'-based and (unusually seen!) non-maker-marked so-called: WH (Luftwaffe) 'Flakkampf-Abzeichen' (or: LW anti-aircraft war-badge) as was produced by the desirable: 'C.E. Juncker'-company and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit clearly issued- and/or moderately worn- ie. used-), condition. The attractive badge - which as stated has been only moderately worn - comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin and original (ie. fully unaltered, typical copper-toned!) catch (ie. catch-set-up) (as can be seen on the pictures). This example has a greyish-silver-coloured- and separately attached 'eagle-device' in place (as always by badges by this maker) and shows nice and/or pronounced detail overall. The badge has a superb age-patina and retains most of its original (somewhat 'blackened'-) and/or typical 'Buntmetall'-based finish: it is just a bit dirty but has most certainly never been cleaned nor polished. As stated above, is the piece a neat (and unusually!) non-maker-marked specimen that was with certainty produced by the desirable maker: 'C.E. Juncker' based in the town of Berlin. This particlar war-badge originated from a private-household in Germany and was never before part of a collection. Simply a truly very attractive and totally untouched Luftwaffe 'Flakkampfabzeichen' by the desirable 'C.E. Juncker'-company and that that is with certainty accordingly priced!
