WWI-pattern, black-class wound-badge (ie.: 'Verwundeten Abzeichen in Schwarz') being a very detailed (and magnetic) example that comes in a just minimally used- ie. worn, condition
This is an attractive - albeit minimallly used- ie. worn - example of a WWI-period, black-class wound-badge (ie. 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Schwarz') being a detailed example that comes in a presumably issued- and/or worn, condition. The (magnetic) badge - which is an unmarked version as is more often encountered with this type of WBs - shows some minimal wear and age but still retains all of its fairly glossy- (ie. somewhat matted) black-coloured finish (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge, which comes naturally mounted onto its functional, long-sized (and also steel-based) pin and that has an undamaged and/or: functional catch, still retains extraordinary and/or pronounced detail (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece originates from a private-household in Germany and was never before in collectors'-hands. Simply an attractive and original specimen that is priced according to its overall very nice- and/or fully untouched, condition!
