Superb - and actually truly rarely encountered! - membership-lapel-pin (ie. 'Mitgliedsabzeichen') as was specifically intended for usage by the members within the: 'Volksbund der Deutschen in Ungarn'

This is a very attractive - and actually truly rarely encountered! - neatly enamelled, lapel-pin (ie. 'Mitgliedsabzeichen') as was specifically intended for usage by the members within the: 'Volksbund der Deutschen in Ungarn' and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The multi-coloured- and/or circular-shaped badge (showing bright-red- and white-coloured enamelled areas) has an approximate diameter of 2,3 cms. (and has as such the identical format of a regular N.S.D.A.P.-membership lapel-pin ie. 'Parteiabzeichen'). The lapel-pin shows the rounded swastika-symbol that is surrounded by the wording: 'Volksbund der Deutschen in Ungarn' (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece is totally void of a makers'-designation and comes naturally mounted onto its (functional- and/or unaltered-) regular-styled, catch set-up. The piece is totally void of any (enamel-) damage and does just show some minimal age ie. staining caused by moderate wear and/or decades of storage only. The piece originates from a private-household in Germany and was never before in collectors'-hands. A similar example is also figured in the Heering-Hüsken lapel-pin catalogue wherein it is given the unique reference-number (G8 05 A) and an estimated value of 275 Eu. Simply an attractive - and with certainty rarely encountered! - 'Mitgliedsabzeichen': only the third such attractive and rarely seen example I ever had on offer!
