Superb - and/or fully matching! - neatly 'cyphered' pair of WH (Luftwaffe) NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the darker-blue-coloured branchcolour as was intended for an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitäts-Truppen'
This is a truly very attractive - hardly used- and/or fully matching! - pair of neatly 'cyphered', WH (Luftwaffe) NCO-type shoulderstraps as was piped in the desirable darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitäts-Truppen' (or: airforce medical-sergeant first-class ie. senior medical-orderly) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem issued albeit hardly or even never used- nor worn-), condition. The truly attractive shoulderstraps measure approximately 11,5 cms. in length each and come naturally mounted onto their functional tongues: they are in all facets 'text-book'-examples and come in a very nice condition overall: they can easily be graded 'virtually mint'. The straps - which have the desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached - do not show any defaults whatsoever: just some moderae storage-age is noticable and/or present. The pair shows - next to the silver-coloured- ie. 'dotted'-pattern NCO-braid - two (smaller-sized, silver-toned- and - I deem - aluminium-based-) so-called: 'Aesculapus'-cyphers and four (equally-styled- and somewhat smaller-sized) pips period-attached denoting the NCOs'-rank of an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitäts-Truppen' (or: medical-sergeant first-class). It should, moreover, be noted that the darker-blue 'Luftwaffe' branchcolour is not the most commonly encountered branchcolour. This attractive shoulderstrap-pair was recently found at a private-household in Germany and was never before part of a collection: it once belonged to an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitäts-Truppen' who was most certainly issued this pair but never used it and stored it as such for decades!
