Commemorative, silver-coloured N.S.D.A.P.-related 'tinnie' being a non-maker marked example depicting a detailed eagle-device and towns'-view surrounded by the text: 'Tag der N.S.D.A.P. - Kreis Gross-Frankfurt - 6.7./7.7.1935'
The neat badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in (darkened) silver-coloured- (ie. zinc--based) (pot) metal: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age but has been nicely preserved. The badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. catch set-up and has (I deem) never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is very detailed and retains truly all of its fairly darkened- and/or: tarnished silver-coloured finish. It should be noted that all N.S.D.A.P.-related tinnies that were intended to commemorate an event at regional- (ie. 'towns'-) level (such as the piece on offer here) saw much more limited usage and can easily be graded 'scarce'. Simply a neat and not that often seen N.S.D.A.P.-related- and fairly early-period 'tinnie' that is accordingly priced!
