This is a very attractive - and actually truly scarcely encountered! - fairly early-period, HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstalstungsabzeichen') that was specifically issued to commemorate a specific HJ-related gathering ie. rally (named: '2. Unterbanntreffen I/B 33 - 22.7.34') held in the town of Markt-Berolzheim being a non-maker-marked example that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced badge - which is executed in typical, bright-silver-toned metal (I deem so-called: zinc- ie. pot-metal) - and shows extraordinary detail. The piece was simply never cleaned nor polished and is just minimally tarnished by age (as can be noticed on the pictures). The shield-shaped piece (which is as stated above non-maker-marked) depicts a detailed fire-basket (ie. 'Feuerkorb') and typical 'HJ-Raute' coupled with the text: '2. Unterbanntreffen I/B 33 - 22.7.34 - Mkt. Berolzheim' and comes mounted onto its (functional) and never altered pin-/catch set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very nice - and most certainly not that often encountered! - HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) related 'tinnie'. I deem that I have priced this attractive - and early-period! - example according to its desirability and/or nicely preserved condition!
