This attractive - typical 'tropical-issued' and/or fully matching! - WH (Heeres) side- ie. field-cap insignia-set (ie. 'Tropen Schiffchen-Adler u. Kokarde-Satz für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere des Heeres') comprises of a greyish-blue- (ie. tan-) coloured- cap-eagle and dito cocarde which are both executed on a tropical-pattern, brownish- (ie. typical tan-) coloured and/or: linnen-based background as to be expected. Both insignia come - as stated above - in a non-confectioned condition and come both as 'straightly cut-of the role' (as can be seen on the pictures). Both insignia-pieces are just a tiny bit stained caused by decades of storage but have maintained nice detail, overall. These original machine-woven examples are getting nowadays almost impossible to find something that merits its (I deem) justified asking-price. The set can as such perfectly serve to restore any tropical-styled side-cap (ie. 'Schiffchen') or even M41 field-cap (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmütze'). These 'tropical-issue-' (ie. DAK- or 'Deutsches Afrika Korps'-related-) Heeres-cap-sets es can easily be graded 'very scarce' and are nowadays not that often offered for sale!
