This is a neat - and I deem only moderately worn- ie. used - example of a WH (Heeres) EM/NCO-type: 'M43-pattern'-cap-eagle/cocarde (cap-trapezoid or: 'Mützentrapez') as was specifically produced for usage on the: 'M-43'-model, field-caps (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmützen für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere') that comes in a moderately used- (and/or carefully cap-removed-), condition. The trapezoid was carefully folded- ie. confectioned and still shows some of its stitching-remains (ie. holes): moreover, was it once glued into an album or scrapbook once and does show some minimal glue-remains on its back (as can be noticed on the pictures). The (unique) piece originated from the USA where it was stored for decades a so-called: 'veteran bring-back'. Simply an attractive 'BeVo'-woven, cap-trapezoid ie. 'cap-removed-piece' that is I deem accordingly priced!
