This is an attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - D.A.F.- (ie. 'Deutsches Arbeitsfront') specialist-armbadge (ie. 'Tätigkeitsabzeichen') is executed in the neat 'BeVo'-weave pattern and was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Übungswart' (being some sort of instructor- ie. trainer) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit minimally used- ie. worn- and/or: I deem clearly tunic-removed-) condition. The badge on offer here - showing a swastika-sign surrounded by the (typical) D.A.F. 'Zahnrad'-sign ie. logo with below that the text: 'Übungswart' - is beautifully executed in so-called 'BeVo'-weave pattern and is backed with: bright-red-coloured- (and/or: linnen-based-) cloth (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge - which measures 9,5 x 8,5 cms. - is just minimally worn and shows some normal wear, age and/or staining. Simply an attractive and most certainly scarcely encountered D.A.F.-related arm-badge ie. 'Tätigkeitsabzeichen' that is accordingly priced!
