Fully matching - and actually scarcely seen! - pair of 'Ostvölker'- (ie. 'ROA'-) related shoulderstraps showing the bright-red-coloured piping (and having a single-pieced- and horizontally-mounted rank-stripe 'off-factory'-attached)
This is a truly attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - fully matching pair of so-called: 'Ostvölker'- (ie. 'ROA'-) related shoulderstraps showing the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter') coloured and/or 'silk-like'-type piping attached and having a single-pieced- and horizontally-mounted rank-stripe 'off-factory- attached and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem never used ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The neat shoulderstraps - which approximately measure 11,2 cms. in length each - are constructed by using a 'standard-pattern' WH (Heeres) pair of 'Artillerie'-related- and/or so-called: M43-pattern, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps (having field-grey coloured 'upperdecks') that show a single, horizontally-mounted rank-stripe (constructed from silver-coloured NCO-braid) attached. I deem that this rank-stripe was with certainty 'off-factory' attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The set was with certainty intended for a soldier ie. volunteer that belonged to one of the various 'Ostvölker'- (ie. 'ROA'-) related units. This 'Russian Liberation Army' or 'POA' (which is Cyrilic for: 'ROA') was one of the (welcome and much needed!) allies of the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht'. The neat pair on offer here was truly never used and is void of any real damage nor wear: it just shows some minimal storage-age only. Simply a very attractive - and with certainty scarcely encountered! - pair of so-called: 'Ostvölker'- (ie. 'ROA'-) related shoulderstraps that is with certainty accordingly priced!
