Neat - later-war-period- and actually quite scarcely encountered! - WH (Heeres) machine-embroidered, trade- or special-career insignia (ie. 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as was intended for a: 'Geräteverwaltungs-Unteroffizier'
This is a neat - and actually scarcely encountered! - later-war-period, WH (Heeres) machine-embroidered, trade- or special-career insignia (ie. 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as was specifically intended for a: 'Geräteverwaltungs-Unteroffizier' (or: equipment-administration NCO) and that comes in a moderately used- (ie. I deem worn- and or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The patch is neatly machine-embroidered in golden-yellow-coloured linnen on a field-grey- (ie. typical earthen-brown-) coloured and/or woolen-based background. The patch is not maker-marked nor backed (which is common for these later-war-period patches). The piece was once glued into an album or alike and does show some minimal carton-remains on its back. This is a neat and not that commonly seen trade- or special-career patch that was only introduced in late 1944. Simply an attractive and later-war-period WH-'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen' that comes not that often offered for sale!
