WH (Heeres) 'T-shaped' M42-model cap-eagle/cocarde as executed in 'BeVo'-weave pattern (being an attractive example that comes in a never used- nor cap-attached, condition)
This is a neat - and simply never used- nor cap-attached - example of a WH (Heeres) so-called: 'M42-pattern' cap-eagle/cocarde (ie. cap-trapezoid) as was specifically produced for usage on the (impopular) 'M-42'-model side-caps (ie. 'Schiffchen') and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The piece - which was never confectioned nor trimmed but that does show a small tear in the background - is executed in the so-called: 'BeVo'-weave-pattern. These cap-eagles - which were as stated above specifically produced for usage on the (impopular) 'M-42'-model side-caps (ie. 'Schiffchen') - were also used on the much more popular 'M43'-model caps (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmützen'). The piece on offer here is executed in bluish-grey-coloured linnen on a field-grey-coloured (and/or also linnen-based-) background (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice occasion to aquire an attractive and 'BeVo'-woven, T-shaped 'M42'-cap-trapezoid for a competitive price!
